Len Di Costanzo became a Financial Representative with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network straight out of college in 1974. He became a Managing Director in 1985, and he has earned the professional designation of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU).

In leading The Fairfield Financial Group, Len Di Costanzo draws on the values that have guided him in his 30–plus years with the network. He emphasizes integrity above all, making it the keystone of relationships with the clients and the Financial Representatives he guides toward success.

His peers have recognized Len’s commitment through his appointment as Vice President of the Managing Directors’ Association. Over the years, Len Di Costanzo has won numerous additional recognitions for his service to clients, his network team and the community.
